I watched Finding Vivian Maier ビビアンマイヤーを探してを見て..... 7/28/16

I just watched Japanese script version.
I liked her work but by watching the family who worked for made me think and felt complicated that she was a lonely and introverted. It is nice to have her works to have a show in western countries but I wonder how she feels now....
In my opinion, artists, photographers should show their work while arriving, in their own will. And their characteristic and works has nothing to do together, but her life can be analysis as a reference how or why she took them.
But her weirdness may be one of the privilege to be as an artist, imo. 

ビビアンマイヤーを探して
を見ました。
無名のアマチュア写真家が一人の青年がネガを見つけたことにより、作品が人目にさらされることになる。
という話だけを期待していたら、彼女のミステリアスな人生、孤独さ、奇妙な（それこそ少し精神を病んでいたのかな？）という性格がドキュメンタリーで語られていて、少し複雑な気持ちになりました。
先日の投稿に類似していますが、
やはり作品は生きている間に発表して売られるべきであると思いますし、性格と、作品は別物として捉えられるべきだと思います。
例えば、黒澤明でさえ、鬱があり、撮影中激昂する、と書いている本がありましたが。。
逆にそういう性格だからこそ、見える視点があるのかな？、と考えることもできるかな？、と思ったり、ちょっと複雑な気分になる結末の映画でした。

ですが、写真をやっている人にはオススメです。いい映画です。
